• An unpacking video is mandatory to initiate an exchange for an item.
• The exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
• Customers must pay an additional ₹200 for the exchange process.

Exchange Process for Damaged Goods:

2. Review: Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement.
